Mass of Christian Burial for 83-year-old Pearl Eunice Herman, Kyle, SD, will be at 10 a.m., Monday (March 14), at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Rapid City, SD.
Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday (March 14) at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
Visitation will take place from 4-6 p.m. at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Rapid City.
A rosary service will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday (March 13) at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge is in charge of arrangements for Pearl Eunice Herman.
Pearl Eunice Herman was born on December 3, 1932 in Pine Ridge, SD to Earl and Mabel (Dunlap) Bettelyoun. Pearl passed away on March 8, 2016 at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Pearl is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Paul Herman, Sr. of Kyle, SD; sons, Paul Herman, Jr., Leo Herman, and Don Herman all of Kyle, SD, Ronald (Lila) Herman of Hay Springs, NE, Anthony “Tony” (Linda) Herman and Robert “Joe” Herman both of Pine Ridge, SD, and Rich Herman of Allen, SD; daughters, Monna Patton of Kyle, SD and Ronda (Reginald) Herman of Wounded Knee, SD; brother, Ivan (Marge) Bettelyoun of Oglala, SD; sister, Kay (Fred) Ferguson of Kyle, SD; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mabel Bettelyoun; brothers, Mike Bettelyoun and Robert Bettelyoun; sister, Maxine Fowler; and grandsons, Jake Herman and Leo Herman, Jr.
