Funeral services for Gloria Dale Red Cloud, age 64, will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Pine Ridge Elementary School Gymnasium in Pine Ridge, SD with Pastor Wade McGough and Pastor Jackson Holstead officiating.
Burial will be at the Red Cloud Family Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
Viewing services will be from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Pine Ridge Elementary School Gymnasium in Pine Ridge, SD.
The family is requested to be at the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Everyone will then leave for the school AT 9:30 AM.
Gloria was born on March 19, 1952 in Pine Ridge, SD to Melvin and Marie Red Cloud. She made her journey to the Spirit World on May 2, 2016 at Rapid CityRegionalHospital in Rapid City, SD.
Gloria is survived by daughter Tessie Black Bear of Pine Ridge, SD; son Jesse Black Bear of Pine Ridge, SD; sisters Toni Red Cloud, Betty (Skip) Red Cloud, and Bobbi Phelps, all of Pine Ridge, SD; and numerous grandchildren.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; sister Barbara Jones; grandson Floyd Rouillard III; life-long partner John “Tonto” Black Bear; and brothers-in-law Lionel Iron Moccasin Sr. and Christopher Phelps.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Gloria Dale Red Cloud.
