Funeral services for Phyllis Maria Hernandez-Moeller, age 78, will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with Charles McGaa officiating.
Burial will be at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Cemetery in Porcupine, SD.
Viewing services will be from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall in Pine Ridge, SD.
Phyllis was born on January 6, 1938 to Alexander Hernandez and Ruth Blue Bird. She made her journey to the Spirit World on May 6, 2016 at the SanfordHospital in Bismarck, ND.
Phyllis is survived by sisters Sonia Hernandez and Charlotte Blue Bird of Pine Ridge, SD; brother Ron Hernandez of St. Paul, MN; sons Daniel Young, Jason Young, Patrick Young, and Brian Friesen; and daughters Robyn Young and Roberta Caudle.
Phyllis was preceded in death by parents Alexander Hernandez and Ruth Blue Bird, sisters Arvella Gross and Simone Hernandez, and brother Clark Hernandez.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Phyllis Maria Hernandez-Moeller.
