A memorial service for Mark A. Chasek, age 42, of Mullen, NE, will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Lariat Auditorium in Mullen, NE.
Inurnment will be held at a later date by his family at the Beaver Valley Cemetery in Chadron, NE.
A memorial has been established to provide an Education Fund for his daughters or for the Sandhills Cancer Fund. Donations may be sent to the Education Fund at 83300 South Highway 97, Mullen, NE 69152 or the Cancer Fund at 428 8th Street, Ainsworth, NE 69210.
