Funeral services for Alexis Mary Mae Ten Fingers, age 4 months 8 days, will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Re-Creation Center in Oglala, SD with Sister Connie Schmidt officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Ivis Long Visitor.
Burial services will be provided by SacredHeartChurchCemetery in Wounded Knee, SD.
Visitation services will be from 10:30 AM-2:00 PM on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Re-CreationCenter in Oglala, SD.
Pallbearers will be Curtis James Two Two and Samuel Rouillard.
Alexis was born on December 30, 2015 in Pine Ridge, SD to John Ten Fingers and Mona Rose Goggleye. Alexis passed away on May 7, 2016 in Pine Ridge, SD.
Alexis is survived by father John Dean Ten Fingers; mother Mona Rose Goggleye; brother Keaton Cruz; and sisters Alila Jean and Sienna Brielle.
Alexis was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Mary Two Two; paternal great-grandmother Della Mae Starr; paternal great-grandfather Richard Ten Fingers; and uncles Greg W. Brewer Sr. and Kwannah Little Sky.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Alexis Mary Mae Ten Fingers.
