Graveside services for 67-year old John Bruce Daugherty of Mansfield, Texas, will be held Thursday, May 26, at 10:00 AM, at the Rushville City Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Smith officiating.

Mr Daugherty, a veteran of the U-S Army, passed away on March 2, 2016, at his home.

John Bruce Daugherty was born on April 4, 1948 in Gordon, NE to Forrest R. Daugherty and Marjorie L. Fuller.  John passed away on March 2, 2016 at his home in Mansfield, TX.

John is survived by his children, Sheila C. Holderness of Batesland, SD, Tammy W. Wellnitz of Hot Springs, SD, Chad E. Daugherty of San Jacinto, CA, Deanna Lovejoy of Kansas City, KS, Brenda L. Daugherty and Daniel Daugherty both of Scottsbluff, NE, and Jody Anderson of Watertown, SD; sisters, Bonnie O'Dell of Boise, ID, Paulette Red Feather and Deloris Red Feather both of Pine Ridge, SD, and Julia Negron of Mansfield, TX; and brother, Paul Red Feather.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest R. Daugherty and Marjorie L. Fuller; and brothers, Marvin Picotte and William "Buzz" Daugherty.
