Funeral services for Andrew John Callahan, age 25, will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Mother Butler Center in Rapid City, SD. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Eric Davis and Doug Fast Horse.
Burial will be at 3:30 PM on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City, SD.
A one-night wake service will start at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Mother Butler Center in Rapid City, SD.
Andrew was born on August 21, 1990 in Robbinsdale, MN to Stephanie Davis and John Callahan. He passed away on March 30, 2016 at the Fairview Hospital in Princeton, MN.
Andrew is survived by mother Stephanie Davis of Willow River, MN; father John Callahan of Grand Rapids, MN; brother Keaton Davis of Anoka, MN; sisters Amandria Davis-Smith of Elk River, MN and Amariah Chapman of Bemidji, MN; grandfather Kenneth Davis of Auburn, NY; and nieces and nephews Trever Sullivan, Chaskah Davis-Smith, Liam Davis-Groves, and Alyassah Chapman.
Andrew was preceded in death by grandmother Celestia Two Eagles and uncle Charles Fast Horse.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Andrew John Callahan.
