Graveside services for Mica Michelle (Spotted War Bonnet) Forster, age 41, will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Messiah Episcopal Church Cemetery in Wounded Knee, SD with Roshi Grover Genro Gauntt officiating.
A dinner will follow at the Wayland Park in Gordon, NE.
Mica was born on September 28, 1974 in Pine Ridge, SD to Gerry Runnells and Luwayne “Lolly” Spotted War Bonnet. She passed away on July 16, 2016 in Gordon, NE.
Mica is survived by spouse Earl Forster of Gordon, NE; sons Trent Spotted War Bonnet, Seth Spotted War Bonnet, Earl D. Forster, and Jacob Forster, all of Gordon, NE; brothers Zach Runnels, Jesse Runnels, Ray Runnels, and Gerry Runnels, all of Batesland, SD and Paul Mousseaux of Arizona; sister Carmel Runnels of Rapid City, SD; and grandchild Mystic.
Mica was preceded in death by parents Luwayne “Lolly” Spotted War Bonnet and Gerry Runnels; son Shawn “Tuff” Hernandez; and sister Marlys Runnels.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Mica Michelle (Spotted War Bonnet) Forster.
