Funeral services for Clover Cassie Plenty Arrows-Curry, age 60, will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 5, 2016 at American Horse School Gymnasium in Allen, SD with Apostle Pedro Sharpfish, Elder Bill Quijas and Elder Emerson Little Elk officiating.
Burial will be at the First Body of Christ Church Cemetery in Allen, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin with the first night at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Clover’s residence in Allen, SD. The second night will start at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at the American Horse School Gymnasium in Allen, SD.
Clover was born on June 7, 1956 to Carl Plenty Arrows Sr. and Edna Janis in Pine Ridge, SD. She passed away on August 26, 2016 at her residence in Allen, SD.
Clover is survived by mother Edna Janis-Plenty Arrows of Allen, SD; daughters Trinity Bald Eagle, Chasity Walks Out and Cherish Kills Small, all of Allen, SD; sons Jonathan (Nancy) Kills Small, Leon (Tamara) Kills Small and Jarred Curry, all of Allen, SD; sisters Linda Little Elk of Upper Cut Meat, SD, and Patricia DuBray, Latrell Plenty Arrows and Denise Plenty Arrows of Allen, SD; grandchildren Kaylynn, Becky, Duane Jr., Duwana, Annie, Abee, Juje, Jentry, Leroy Jr., Alyna, Jon Jon, Lillie, Myles, Harmoni, Tristan, MarQuee Jo, Tiffany, Tariah, Talon, Angie, Emmy, Lela, RJ, Harper, Mikki Ray, and Big Mac, all of Allen, SD; great-grandchildren Morgan, Miyah, Taniah, Duane III, Louis, and Landen, all of Allen, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Clover was preceded in death by father Carl Plenty Arrows Sr.; husband Jeffrey Curry Sr.; sister Henrietta Jane Lone Elk; brothers Charles Earl Janis Sr., Carl Samuel Plenty Arrows Jr. and Benjamin William Plenty Arrows Sr.; niece Geri Jane Plenty Arrows; and grandchildren Leanna and Heaven Kills Small, Warlance Ruff Jr., George Respects Nothing Jr., Roland Bear Killer and Key Two Bears.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Clover Cassie Plenty Arrows-Curry.
