Funeral services for Tasheena Marie Running Enemy, age 25, will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with Sister Barb officiating.
Burial will be at Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church Cemetery in Oglala, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD. A Rosary service will start at 7:00 PM.
Tasheena was born on October 20, 1990 in Oakland, CA to Pernell Crow and Crystal Running Enemy. She made her journey to the Spirit World on September 3, 2016 in Rapid City, SD.
Tasheena is survived by father Pernell Crow of Oglala, SD; aunt Trivian Crow of Oglala, SD; parents Ben & Gloria Scabby Face of Oglala, SD; sisters Jesse Wright of Rosebud, SD, Tasheena Medicine of Ethete, WY, Karen Hillman of Oelrichs, SD, Na Twan Scabby Face of Rapid City, SD, Mary Scabby Face of Beaver Walls, NE, and Jolene (Jamie) Hernandez, Tonya Scabby Face, Linda Scabby Face, Darrelyn Standing Soldier and Patti Jo Martin, all of Oglala, SD; brothers Donovan Running Enemy of Pine Ridge, SD, Jesse Crispin of Ft. Washkie, WY, Logan Scabby Face of Rapid City, SD, and Clayton Scabby Face, Noah Scabby Face, Jerome Scabby Face, Adonis Lone Elk, Uriah Scabby Face and Eric Standing Soldier, all of Oglala, SD; 11 nieces; and 10 nephews.
Tasheena was preceded in death by mother Crystal Running Enemy and grandparents Robert and Pearl (Garneaux) Crow.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Tasheena Marie Running Enemy.
