Oletha Ann Mousseau was born on April 8, 1942 in Pine Ridge, SD to Toby and Alvina (Big Crow) Eagle Bull.  Oletha made her journey to the Spirit World on October 6, 2016 in Pine Ridge, SD.

Oletha is survived by her children, Darrell Eagle Bull, Lejtoi Eagle Bull, Walter Mousseau, Sr., and John Mousseau, Sr. all of Pine Ridge, SD; stepchildren, Raymond Fast Horse, Joellen Cochran, and Raedeen Kay Bartreau all of Kingman, AZ; brothers, Harry (Donna) Eagle Bull of Porcupine, SD; George Eagle Bull of Pine Ridge, SD, Leo Eagle Bull of Rapid City, SD, and James Eagle Bull of Dallas, TX; sisters, Mary (Paul) Iron Cloud of Porcupine, SD, Leatrice “Chick” Big Crow, Tiny (Lee) DeCory, Bernadette Eagle Elk-Clifford, and Co Twiss all of Pine Ridge, SD; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Oletha was preceded in death by her parents, Toby and Alvina Eagle Bull; life-long partner, Raymond Owen Eagle Elk; son, David Mousseau; siblings, Llloyd “Butch” Eagle Bull, Jamie Big Crow, Roger Mills, Morris Eagle Bull, Babe Eagle Bull, Davis Eagle Bull, Clarinda Eagle Bull, and Jenny Eagle Bull; great grandchildren, Keisha Ashley Eagle Bull and Terri Ann DuBray; and numerous aunts & uncles. 

Wake Services:  One night wake service starting at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Wolf Creek School Gymnasium.

Funeral Services:  11:00 AM, Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Wolf Creek School Gymnasium

Officiating:  Pastor Simon Looking Elk, Father Peter Klink, S.J., and Mr. Charles McGaa

Traditional Lakota Services:  Mr. Robert Narcis Eagle Elk and Mr. Ty Lunderman

Burial Services:  St. Ann’s Cemetery, Wolf Creek Community
