Samantha Rose "Kittie" Tobacco was born on February 9, 1993 in Pine Ridge, SD to Aaron Black Bear and Janelle Tobacco.  Samantha made her journey to the Spirit World on October 6, 2016 in Pine Ridge, SD.

Samantha is survived by her parents, Janelle Tobacco of Pine Ridge, SD and Aaron Black Bear of Rapid City, SD; brothers, Calen Tobacco and Anthony Ross Long Jr., both of Pine Ridge, SD; aunts and uncles, Velvedene and Rowayne Wounded Horse Sr. and Calvert Tobacco, all of Pine Ridge, SD, Ivan Tobacco of Chadron, NE and Eldon Tobacco of Rapid City, SD; and cousins, Michelle Wounded Horse, Rovela Wounded Horse and Rowayne Wounded Horse Jr., all of Pine Ridge, SD.

Samantha was preceded in death by her grandparents, Calvin Tobacco, Velvedene Linda American Horse Tobacco, and Alberta Black Bear; and aunt, Michelle Tobacco.

Wake Services:  One night wake service starting at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Wakpamni CAP Office near Pine Ridge, SD.

Funeral Services:  2:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Wakpamni CAP Office near Pine Ridge, SD
