Funeral services for Irene Perreten, age 101, will be held at a later date in Chadron, NE.
Irene passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Minnesota. She was born March 17, 1915 in Merriman, NE. Irene and husband Blaine lived in Chadron for over 40 years and raised their children here. Many will remember Irene as the friendly lady in the CSC bookstore. She spent the last few years of her life living with her daughter Karen.
Irene is survived by daughter Karen Tibodeau of Apple Valley, MN; son Bob of Moyie Springs, ID; granddaughter Robyn Aafedt of Bloomington, MN; grandson Michael of Falls Church; one sister; and cousin Alma Sauser of Chadron. Printer Friendly Version Send Story to a friend. |
