Funeral services for Brian George White Face, age 43, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Porcupine Day School Gymnasium in Porcupine, SD with Pastor Howard White Face officiating.
Burial will be at the Lakota Mennonite Church Cemetery in Porcupine, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Porcupine Day School Gymnasium in Porcupine, SD.
Brian was born on June 11, 1973 in Pine Ridge, SD to Gilbert and Lillian (White Face) Good Shield. He made his journey to the Spirit World on October 25, 2016 in Rapid City, SD.
Brian is survived by parents Gilbert and Lillian (White Face) Good Shield of Porcupine, SD; siblings Daniel Janis and Gailene L. Janis of Porcupine, SD and Levi Red Cloud of Manderson, SD; niece Gluonihanpi Doris Elk of Porcupine, SD; and grandson Nathan Waldo Elk IV of Porcupine, SD.
Brian was preceded in death by siblings Gilbert Good Shield Jr., Carlene and Sharlene Good Shield, Michael David Good Shield, William Hobart Good Shield, and Baby Boy Good Shield; grandparents Hobart and Effie White Face and Reno and Amelia Richards; and uncle Alphoso Good Shield.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Brian George White Face.
