Funeral services for Edna Mae Morrison, age 61, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the St. Henry’s Catholic Church Hall in Potato Creek, SD with Deacon John Bush and Pastor John Poff officiating.
Burial will be at the St. Timothy’s Episcopal Cemetery in Potato Creek, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the St. Henry’s Catholic Church Hall in Potato Creek, SD.
Edna was born on May 11, 1955 in Pine Ridge, SD to Clifford Morrison Sr. and Elizabeth Good Voice Elk-Morrison. She made her journey to the Spirit World on November 6, 2016 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY.
Edna is survived by sons Mitchell Primeaux of Four Corners, NM, Fred Antelope Jr. of Riverton, WY, Wendell Antelope Sr. of Arapaho, WY, Jason Antelope of New Town, ND, Donald Antelope Sr. of Fort Washakie, WY, and Preston Lee of New Town, ND; daughters Tonya Antelope of Arapaho, WY, Theresa Zapata of Salt Lake City, UT, Precious Lee of Riverton, WY, Arvene Primeaux of Macy, NE, and Francine Primeaux of Pennsylvania; brothers Wilbur Morrison Sr. of Potato Creek, SD, Christopher Morrison of Wanblee, SD, Kim Dewhurst of Kentucky, and Tim Phelps of Estes Park, CO; sisters Stella Antelope of Ethete, WY, Debra Frazier of Arapaho, WY, Marian White Mouse of Wanblee, SD, Sarah Martinez of Potato Creek, SD, Cindy Antelope of Potato Creek, SD, and Becky Dewhurst of Kentucky; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Edna was preceded in death by parents Clifford Sr. and Elizabeth Morrison; son Robert Antelope; and brother Clifford Morrison Jr.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Edna Mae Morrison.
