Funeral services for Topsy Sarah Goode, age 35, will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at St. Henry’s Catholic Hall in Potato Creek, SD with Father Rick Abert, S.J., officiating.
Burial will be at St. Timothy’s Cemetery in Potato Creek, SD.
Topsy was born on April 25, 1981 in Kotzebue, AK to Clarence Goode and Germaine White Face-Goode. She made her journey to the Spirit World on October 6, 2016 in Houston, TX.
Topsy is survived by mother Germaine White Face-Goode of Gordon, NE; sons Dontrel Goode of Pine Ridge, SD and Atila Black Calf of Gordon, NE; brothers James White Face of Wounded Knee, SD and David Christianson of Atchison, KS; and sisters Alberta White Face of Pierre, SD, Devonna White Face of Salt Lake City, UT, and Mary White Face of Los Angeles, CA.
Topsy was preceded in death by father Clarence Goode; sister Ruth Ann White Face; grandparents Clarence and Mabel Long Soldier; and aunt and uncle Gary and Thelma Good Voice Elk.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Topsy Sarah Goode.
