Funeral services for Saren Tabitha Ghost Bear “Zuya Waste Win,” age 2, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Pass Creek CAP Office in Allen, SD with Pastor Tim Wardell officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Justin Poor Bear.
Burial will be at St. Barnabas Episcopal Cemetery in Kyle, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Pass Creek CAP Office in Allen, SD.
Saren was born on January 24, 2014 in Rapid City, SD to Myron and Abby (Richards) Ghost Bear. She began her journey to the spirit world on November 18, 2016 in Martin, SD.
Saren is survived by parents Myron and Abby (Richards) Ghost Bear of Allen, SD; sisters Mikayla and Serena Ghost Bear of Allen, SD; and brother Marcus Charging Crow of Wanblee, SD.
Saren was preceded in death by a baby brother and grandparents John and Alma Richards and George and Sarah Ghost Bear.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Saren Tabitha Ghost Bear.
