Funeral services for Patricia Ann Running Hawk, age 58, will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD with Reverend Abraham Tobacco officiating.
Burial will be at the Holy Rosary Mission Catholic Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD
Patricia was born on September 29, 1958 in Pine Ridge, SD to Patrick Running Hawk and Hazel Tobacco. She made her journey to the Spirit World on November 27, 2016 at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Patricia is survived by children “Cowboy Dan” Tobacco, Joshua Two Bulls, Gilbert Lakota, Harry Lakota, Lily Larvie, Maggie Lujan-Running Hawk, and Tiara (Running Hawk) Herrera, all of Pine Ridge, SD, and Sherry Running Hawk of Texas; grandfather Harry Wounded of Pine Ridge, SD; 27 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Patricia was preceded in death by parents Patrick Running Hawk and Hazel Tobacco; son Manuel Larvie; and husband John Williamson.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Patricia Ann Running Hawk.
