Funeral services for Phoebe Adele Bear Killer, age 68, will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the American Horse School Gymnasium in Allen, SD with Reverend Rhoda Mesteth officiating.
Burial will be at the Inestimable Gift Church Cemetery in Allen, SD.
A two-night wake service will start at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the American Horse School Gymnasium in Allen, SD.
Phoebe was born on April 20, 1948 in Allen, SD to Edison Longman and Cecelia Nelson. She made her journey to the Spirit World on December 22, 2016 at the North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, CO.
Phoebe is survived by children Anthony “Tony” (Rhonda) Tallman, Ralphea K. Bear Killer, Ralph D. (Chasity) Bear Killer III, Emmanuel C. (Leiah) Bear Killer Sr., Egan A. Tallman Jr., Tara A. (Jon) Tallman and Brittany Tallman, all of Allen, SD; brother Egan Longman of Allen, SD; sisters Lynore Longman of Martin, SD and Wilma Shot with Arrow of Allen, SD; 26 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Phoebe was preceded in death by parents Edison Longman and Cecelia Nelson; brothers Darwin and Donald Longman; sisters Florence Shot with Arrow and Jeanette Tallman; and son Timothy Wade Bear Killer.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Phoebe Adele Bear Killer.
