Funeral services for Jason Dale Pulliam, age 36, will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD with Charles McGaa officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Wade Broken Nose.
Burial will be at the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
A two-night wake service will start at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD.
Jason was born on August 30, 1980 in Pine Ridge, SD to Patrick Pulliam Sr. and Arlene Morrison. He made his journey to the Spirit World on February 28, 2017 in Omaha, NE.
Jason is survived by parents Patrick Pulliam Sr. and Arlene Morrison of Pine Ridge, SD; sisters Shawn Pulliam, Patricia Pulliam, Brooke Morrison and Shonda Morrison of Pine Ridge, SD; brother Travis Pulliam of Pine Ridge, SD; and aunts and uncles Bill (Gina) Morrison, Ron (Rhonda) Morrison, Filbert (Linda) Janis, Louise Pulliam and Ethel Backward, all of Pine Ridge, SD.
Jason was preceded in death by grandparents Aloysius and Lillian Morrison and James “Lulu” & Virginia Pulliam; brother Thomas Pulliam; half brother James Pulliam; and uncles Carl Morrison, Calvin Pulliam and Lamoine Pulliam.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Jason Dale Pulliam.
