Memorial services for Wayne Paul Cope, age 69, will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD with Pastor Paul Smith officiating.
Burial will follow at the Hillside Cemetery near Oelrichs, SD.
A memorial has been established to benefit Story Book Island. Donations may be sent to 1301 Sheridan Lake Road, Rapid City, SD 57702.
Wayne passed away on March 17, 2017 at his home near Oelrichs, SD. He was born December 3, 1947 in Hot Springs, SD to Oscar and Laura (Hussong) Cope.
Wayne is survived by wife LuAnn of Oelrichs, SD; sons John (Stacy) Cope of Oelrichs, SD; James (Tina) Cope of Freemont, NE; brother Leslie Cope of Oelrichs, SD; sister Anita Cope of Hot Springs, SD; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD is in charge of arrangements for Wayne Paul Cope.
