Burial services for Myron Edward Cochran, age 92, will be at 1:30 PM on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
Viewing services will be from 9:00 AM-11:00 PM on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge, SD.
Myron was a veteran in the U.S. Army.
Myron was born on December 7, 1924 in Fox Ridge, SD to Lawrence Cochran and Eva (Patterson) Cochran. He passed away on April 10, 2017 at the CusterSeniorCareCenter in Custer, SD.
Myron is survived by wife Mildred Cochran of Oglala, SD; daughter Vallie Bissonette of St. Paul, MN; grandchildren Royal Bissonette, Andrew Cochran, Amber Cochran, and Montana Cochran; great-grandchildren Savannah Bissonette, Chask’e and Silas Flores; nieces Bonnie (Danny) Gene Lamb of Moses Lake, WA, Darlene Gabrielson of New Underwood, SD, and Debbie Palmier of Blackhawk, SD; nephew Wayne Gabrielson of Greely, CO; and sister-in-law Janice Aldean of Newell, SD.
Myron was preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Eva Cochran; son Richard Cochran; brothers Faye Aldean and Lee Aldean; sister Margaret Gabrielson; and grandchild Marina Cochran.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Myron Edward Cochran.
