Linda Joyce Plenty Arrows-Has No Horse-Little Elk was born on May 15, 1957 in Pine Ridge, SD to Arthur, Sr. and Priscilla (Plenty Arrows) Has No Horse.  Linda made her journey to the Spirit World on April 20, 2017 at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, CO.

Linda is survived by her husband, Emerson Little Elk, Sr. of Parmelee, SD; son, Mark Little Elk of Parmelee, SD; daughters, Clover Has No Horse of Allen, SD, Michelle Kills The Enemy of Rapid City, SD; Priscilla Kills The Enemy of Mission, SD, Venita Kills Enemy of Allen, SD, and Charlee Little Elk of Alliance, NE; father, Arthur Has No Horse, Sr. of Hot Springs, SD; brother, Arthur Has No Horse, Jr. of Allen, SD; hunka mother, Edna Plenty Arrows of Allen, SD; sisters, Latrell Plenty Arrows, Denise Plenty Arrows, and Patricia DuBray all of Allen, SD, Deb Bad Milk of St. Francis, SD, Arlette Has No Horse of Wanblee, SD, and Julia Has No Horse of Rapid City, SD, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Priscilla Has No Horse; children, Vera Little Elk, Emerson Little Elk, Jr., and Peter Little Elk; sisters, Clover Curry and Yvonne Has No Horse; brothers, Charles Janis, Carl “Mick” Plenty Arrows, and Benjamin Plenty Arrows; granddaughters, Jasmine Little Elk and Amaurice Little Elk; and grandson, Umpo Mahpiya Little Elk.

Wake Services:  Two night wake service starting at 3:00 PM, MT, Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Allen CAP office in Allen, SD and the second night starting at 4:00 PM, CT, at the He Dog Gymnasium.

Funeral Services:  11:00 AM, Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the He Dog Gymnasium

Officiating:  Rev. Pedro Sharpfish

Burial Services:  Little Elk Family Cemetery, He Dog, SD

Arrangements entrusted with Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD
