Funeral services for Lambert Oliver Eagle Hawk, age 38, will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Hall in Oglala, SD with Elder Madeline Terry officiating.
Burial will be at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Oglala, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Hall in Oglala, SD with prayer services starting at 7:00 PM Tuesday evening at the Church Hall.
Lambert was born on March 16, 1980 to Violet Eagle Hawk in Pine Ridge, SD. He passed away on April 1, 2018 in Rapid City, SD.
Lambert is survived by brother Evans Brown of Sioux Falls, SD; sister Dieanna Eagle Hawk of Oglala, SD; aunts Gabrielle Fights Over and Myrna Eagle Hawk of Oglala, SD; uncles Tibbitts Eagle Hawk Sr. of Pine Ridge, SD and Verdell Eagle Hawk of Oglala, SD; nieces and nephews Rainy, Mya, Choleah, Cheyem, Evangelina, Chaske’, Kaydence, and Mary; and cousins Vanna, Paul, Verdell, Justin, Jesse, Angeleah, Denise, Juanita, Patricia, Sonia, Stevian, and Steven Jr.
Lambert was preceded in death by mother Violet Eagle Hawk; brother Robert Brown; sister Magdalana Rojas; grandparents Hoover and Hannah Running Eagle; and uncle Harold Eagle Hawk.
Pallbearers will be Paul Bear Saves Life, Justin Two Bulls, Andrew Cortier, Barron Star Comes Out, Charles New, Jonathan Star Comes Out, Bruce Scott, and Steven White Magpie Jr.
