Memorial services for David LaRay ‘Dave’ Soper, age 70, will be at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the Hot Springs American Legion Post 71.
Burial will be held at a later date at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
David passed away on April 13, 2018 at his home in Hot Springs, SD.
Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home of Hot Springs is in charge of arrangements for David LaRay ‘Dave’ Soper.
