Funeral services for Lema Rose (Case) He Crow, age 83, will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with Father Joe Daoust, S.J., and Sister Barb Bogenschutz.
Burial will be at the Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery in Oglala, SD.
A one-night wake service will be at 12:30 PM on Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with Rosary Services starting at 7:00 PM.
Lema Rose (Case) He Crow was born on May 1, 1935 in San Carlos, AZ to Eugene Tulane Case and Grace (Marcella) Case. She made her journey on May 24, 2018 at her home in Gordon, NE.
Lema is survived by husband of 58 years Francis He Crow of Pine Ridge, SD; children Mike He Crow of Pine Ridge, SD, Lupita He Crow of Eagle Butte, SD, and Lucinda (Aaron) Wade of Gordon, NE; sister Ramona Case of San Carlos, AZ; brother Quinten (Dolly) Case of San Carlos, AZ; grandchildren Tabitha Black Spotted Horse, Everdelle “Sonny” Black Spotted Horse, Verdell Black Spotted Horse, Charity Ann Wilson, Ellen Rose Wilson, Taylor Wilson, Sadie Folson, Sage Means, Patrick Richards, Angie Good Crow, Shaunna Good Crow, and Chaske Wade; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Lema was preceded in death by parents Eugene and Grace Case; children Viola He Crow, Gregory He Crow, Lora He Crow, and Joanna He Crow; siblings Alonzo Case Sr. and Priscilla Case; and grandchild Kateri Wilson.
