Funeral services for the Rev. Loren Aaron Robinson will be Friday morning June 22, 2018, at 10:00 at the Porcupine Presbyterian Church in Porcupine, SD, with the Rev. Clifford Canku, Rev. Michael Simon, and Pastor Kay Ressel officiating.

Cremation will follow the services.

A one-night wake services will be held Thursday June 21, starting at 2:00 PM, at the Porcupine School Gymnasium in Porcupine,with vigil services starting at 7:00 PM

Loren Aaron Robinson was born on June 9, 1931 in Commerce, TX to William and Vernellie (Netherton) Robinson. Rev. Loren passed away on June 17, 2018 at the Prairie Hills Care & Rehabilitation Center in Rapid City, SD. 

Rev. Loren is survived by his wife of 56 years, Violet (Weston) Robinson of Pine Ridge, SD; children, Darrel Robinson of Pine Ridge, SD and Nancy (Bill) Freeland of Carthage, NC; grandchildren, Dakota Robinson, Tanner Freeland, Cristy Sullivan, and Arianna Thompson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rev. Loren was  preceded in death by his parents, William and Vernellie Robinson; 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.
