A Mass of Christian Burial for Sharon Faye Big Crow, age 67, will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD.
Burial will be at St. Ann’s Catholic Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD with Rosary services at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
Sharon was born on January 27, 1951 in Pine Ridge, SD to Lloyd Big Crow and Nancy (Holy Elk) Big Crow. She made her journey to the Spirit World on September 19, 2018 in Pine Ridge, SD.
Sharon is survived by children J.Lee (Danielle) Big Crow of Rapid City, SD, Coy (Mitzi) Big Crow of Oglala, SD, Jeremiah Cuny of Pine Ridge, SD, Marnelle (Kenneth) Bailey of Lillington, NC, Aloysius Big Crow of Pine Ridge, SD and Shanna Red Feather of #4 Community near Pine Ridge, SD; siblings Theodore “Ted” Big Crow, Ivalee Big Crow, Marless Big Crow, Ramona Big Crow, Francyne Big Crow and Leatrice “Chick” Big Crow, all of Pine Ridge, SD; numerous grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Sharon was preceded in death by parents Lloyd and Nancy Big Crow; siblings Wallace “Grease”, Lloydell, Herbert, Noella and David Big Crow; son Edward Cuny Jr.; and spouse Edward Cuny Sr.
