Funeral services for 52-year old Ruby Ann (Shangreaux) Clements will be Tuesday, January 8 at 11:00 AM at the LaCreek CAP Office in Martin, SD, with Pastor John Poff officiating and traditional Lakota services by Mr. Michael Cross

Burial will be at the Lakota Chapel Cemetery in Martin, SD.

A two-night wake service will be begin Sunday, Jan 6, at 3:00 PM at the LaCreek CAP Office, in Martin, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM

Ruby Ann (Shangreaux) Clements was born on July 20, 1966 to Roby R. Shangreaux, Sr. and Linda Lone Wolf.  Ruby made her journey to the Spirit World on December 30, 2018 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.

Ruby is survived by her mother, Linda Lone Wolf; special friend, Linn Bettelyoun; children, Terrance Wade Clements, Tamara Clements, Roby Shangreaux III, Isadore Poor Thunder, and Virginia Poor Thunder; hunka sons, Mario Standing Bear, Spencer Standing Bear, and Richie Vine Shangreaux; siblings, Sophia Shangreaux, Faith Shangreaux, Virginia Shangreaux, Hatty Shangreau, and Mary Lou (Luis) Shangreau-Miranda; aunt Winona Cottier; hunka sisters, Paulette Williams, Sadie Young, Henrietta “Joy” Blue Bird, Georgeianna Blue Bird, Cindy Gallego, Debbie DuBray, and Tania Hernandez; hunka brothers, Michael DuBray, Justin Wheeler, Curtis Hernandez, and Charlie Black Eyes; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Ruby was preceded in death by her father, Roby Shangreaux, Sr.; grandfathers, Dave Shangreaux and Emil Last Horse; grandmothers, Viola Ruff-Shangreaux, Marion Lone Wolf-Glenn, and Mable Cottier;; brother, Roby D. Shangreaux, Jr. and Baby James Shangreaux; nephew, Wilson I. Starr;
