Memorial services for Dennis “Buck” Edwards, age 81, of Sidney, NE and a longtime Chadron resident, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 9, 2019 in the Sidney Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Kyle Larson officiating.

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.

A memorial has been established for the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame, 500 Charleston Street, Suite 3, Lincoln, NE 68508, Attn: Mike Rasmussen or the Chadron Public Schools Foundation, 602 East 10th Street, Chadron, NE 69337 to be used for CHS graduates attending CSC and pursuing a degree in education.

Buck passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019 in Scottsbluff, NE.

Buck is survived by wife Shirley; son Bart Edwards and Kelly; daughter-in-law Shirley; daughter Robyn Hicks and husband Brad; son Dana Edwards and wife Kristi; and nine grandchildren.
