Funeral services for Trivian Cheryl (Weasel Bear) Bad Wound, age 55, will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 15, 2019 at the Weasel Bear Residence in the #4 Community, near Oglala, SD.

Burial will be at Pine Creek Cemetery, #4 Community, near Oglala, SD.

A two-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM each night.

Trivian was born on January 24, 1964 in Pine Ridge, SD to Cleveland Weasel Bear Sr. and Katherine Waters-Weasel Bear. She made her journey to the Spirit World on April 7, 2019 at her home in the #4 Community near Oglala, SD.

Trivian is survived by children Charlee Angelene Bad Wound, Derrick Reddy, Marcus Big Crow and Lloyd Two Bulls; granddaughter Talia Bad Wound; and sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Trivian was preceded in death by husband Noah Bad Wound; special friend Donroy Big Crow; father Cleveland Weasel Bear Sr.; mother Katherine Waters-Weasel Bear; sister Florita “Sister” White Calf; nephews Johnny Red Feather and Keith Two Bulls; and nieces Vanessa Weasel Bear, Frances “Lulu” White Calf, and Hayden Thunder Hawk.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Big Crow, Anthony Waters, Alberto Soloman Jr., Baptiste Weasel Bear, Scott Two Bulls Jr., O.J. Two Bulls, Franklin George Waters Sr., Brandon Bad Heart Bull, Derrick Reddy, and Richard Conquering Bear.
