Funeral services for Pamela Sue Blue Horse, age 58, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with Charles McGaa officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Jerome LeBeau.

Burial will be at the Holy Rosary Mission Catholic Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.

A one-night wake service will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.

Pamela was born on July 2, 1960 in Tuba City, AZ to Alma (Patton) Brewer and Joseph Blue Horse, but was raised by her mother and stepfather Melvin Brewer Sr. Pamela made her journey to the Spirit World on June 2, 2019 at Regional Health Hospital in Custer, SD.

Pamela is survived by mother Alma Brewer; stepfather Melvin Brewer; brothers Melvin Brewer Jr. and Charles Brewer; nieces Halona, Charlee, Tashina, and Mariah Brewer; and nephews Robert John and Trent Brewer.

Pamela was preceded in death by father Joseph Blue Horse; brother George Brewer; grandparents George and Mary Rooks; uncle Charles Patton; niece Ann Marie Brewer; and nephew James Brewer.
