Funeral services for 58-year old Carol Lynn Hankins of Hay Springs, Ne, will be Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 2:00PM at the United Methodist Church in Rushville, Ne.

Burial will follow the service at the Fairview Cemetery in Rushville Nebraska.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 7:00 PM at the United Methodist Church in Rushville.

Carol Lynn Hankins was born in Rushville to Harold and Barbara Taylor on September 6th, 1960, and passed away on August 22nd, 2019, in North Platte.

She went to school in Rushville and married Gale on March 5th, 1983 in the Rushville Methodist Church.

Carol worked as a waitress and cook in many places including Helen’s Cafe, Hotz Drive-Thru, and the Gordon/Rushville Sale Barn Cafe. She was also a clerk at the Gordon Alco and Ideal Market. Her last job was at the Rushville Senior Center.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Harold & Barbara, and her sister Donna.

Carol is survived by her husband Gale. Children David, Kimberly(Chris), Kelli. Grandchildren Julie, Brooklyn, Bailey, Dustin, Ellie, Addison, Isabelle, Ely.

Carol also considered great nephews and nieces grandchildren, so extended grandchildren are Dylan, Kalynn, Justyn, Tony, Shawn, Steven and baby Marco.

She is also survived by her brother David(Margaret). Sisters Patricia(Kenny), Sandra, Linda.  In-laws Gyna(Bruce), Bill(Doris), Don(Judy), Rick(Shirley).

Pallbearers will be Brad Janssen, Dylan Janssen, Allen Landreth, Tony Bishop, Shawn Landreth, Lester Landreth, David Taylor JR, Terry Taylor, Dennis Liermann, Justyn Janssen, Steven Landreth.
