Burial will follow at the Hay Springs City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Hay Springs.

Frances passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Chadron Community Hospital in Chadron, NE. She was born on November 19, 1921.
