Graveside Services are at Christ Church Episcopal Cemetery in Red Shirt Table, SD

Meghan Elaine Lofton was born on November 15, 1988 in Rapid City, SD to Jeremy M Lofton, Sr. and Holly Ann Bear Robe. Meghan made her journey to the Spirit World on October 13, 2019 at the Rapid City Regional Health Home Plus Hospice in Rapid City, SD.

Meghan is survived by her spouse, Myles Davis III of Rapid City, SD; son, Tayevon Davis of Rapid City, SD; mother, Holly Bear Robe of Oglala, SD; father, Jeremy Lofton, Sr. of Sacramento, CA; sisters, Sierra *Eric) Wilson of Pueblo, CO, Tonda and Jasmyne Gusman, both of Lincoln, NE, and Priscilla High Bear of Rapid City, SD; brothers, Jeremy Lofton, Jr. of Rosebud, SD and Brent “Tiney” Taylor; grandmother, Julia (Two Bulls) Garnier of Oglala, SD; special niece, Ma’liya “Baby” Gusman; aunts, Donna Schweigman of Hot Springs, SD, Gayle and Kristina Lofton, both of Eagle Butte, SD and Martina (Alan) Lopez of Sioux Falls, SD; mother-in-law, Diane Davis of Lincoln, NE; sister-in-law, Mallory (Alston) Canada of Lincoln, NE; brother-in-law, Mason (Karen) Davis of Omaha, NE; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Meghan was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Jessica Yellow Boy; uncles, Darren Bear Robe and Shawn Lofton; nephew, Baby J; aunt, June Bear Robe-Sandefer; grandfathers, Dirk Garnier, Sr., Charles Bear Robe, Jr., Leland Merrill and Robert Lofton; grandmothers, Alice Merrill, Lisa Martinez and Martha Davis; and father-in-law, Myles Davis, Jr.
